Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 190°C
  2. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  4. Add butter, light brown sugar, ginger and golden syrup to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  7. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 50°C, speed 2
  8. Stir with filler cap removed - 3 min, speed 4
  9. Then add baking powder, ground ginger, baking soda, egg yolk and all purpose flour to the kCook bowl
  10. Mix with filler cap removed - 1 min, speed 6
  11. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface and bring together
  12. Roll into balls
  13. Transfer dough balls to baking sheet
  14. Bake - 10 min, 190°C
  15. Let cool
  16. Serve
