Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Grease and line a clean round pan with parchment paper
  3. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  4. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  5. Add butter, caster sugar, all purpose flour, baking powder and egg to the kCook bowl
  6. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  7. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  8. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min 30 sec, speed 8
  9. Transfer batter to round pan
  10. Bake - 25 min, 180°C
  11. Let cool
  12. Transfer cake to large mixing bowl
  13. Crumble
  14. Clean kCook bowl
  15. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  16. Add butter and icing sugar to the kCook bowl
  17. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  18. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  19. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 5
  20. Scrape
  21. Mix with filler cap fitted - 4 min, speed 7
  22. Transfer icing to crumbs
  23. Add sprinkles to the crumbs
  24. Mix until combined
  25. Roll into balls
  26. Transfer balls to baking sheet
  27. Chill in fridge - 30 min
  28. Add white chocolate chips to a clean medium glass bowl
  29. Melt in microwave
  30. Coat balls with chocolate
  31. Let cool until set
  32. Serve
