Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. Add raisins and water to a clean medium bowl
  4. Soak - 20 min
  5. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  6. Add oil and golden caster sugar to the kCook bowl
  7. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  8. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  9. Mix with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 6
  10. Then add egg, ground ginger and vanilla extract to the kCook bowl
  11. Transfer content of medium bowl to kCook bowl
  12. Mix with filler cap fitted - 40 sec, speed 6
  13. Then add all purpose flour, baking soda and oats to the kCook bowl
  14. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 5
  15. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 6
  16. Take about a tablespoon of mixture at a time and press into a disc
  17. Place biscuits on baking sheet
  18. Bake - 15 min, 180°C
  19. Let cool
  20. Serve
