Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 160°C
  2. Grease and line a clean round pan with parchment paper
  3. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  4. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  5. Add dark chocolate and unsalted butter to the kCook bowl
  6. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  7. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  8. Heat with filler cap removed - 5 min, 60°C, speed 4
  9. Let cool - 3 min
  10. Add caster sugar, all purpose flour, egg and baking powder to the kCook bowl
  11. Mix with filler cap removed - 2 min, speed 6
  12. Pour batter into round pan
  13. Bake - 40 min, 160°C
  14. Let cool
  15. Crumble cake over large mixing bowl
  16. Add water and instant coffee to a clean small bowl
  17. Mix until dissolved
  18. Clean kCook bowl
  19. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  20. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  21. Transfer content of small bowl to kCook bowl
  22. Add unsalted butter and icing sugar to the kCook bowl
  23. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  24. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 5
  25. Scrape
  26. Mix with filler cap fitted - 4 min, speed 7
  27. Transfer icing to crumbs
  28. Mix until combined
  29. Roll into balls
  30. Transfer balls to baking sheet
  31. Chill in fridge - 30 min
  32. Add milk chocolate to a clean medium glass bowl
  33. Melt in microwave
  34. Coat balls with chocolate
  35. Let cool
  36. Drizzle with white chocolate
  37. Serve
