Step preview

  1. Grease and line a clean rectangular pan with parchment paper
  2. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  3. Add dark chocolate, whipping cream and butter to the kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  6. Heat with filler cap removed - 5 min, 50°C, speed 4
  7. Stir with filler cap removed - 3 min, speed 4
  8. Then add almond flour and shortbread to the kCook bowl
  9. Mix with filler cap removed - 30 sec, speed 10
  10. Transfer chocolate mixture to rectangular pan
  11. Chill in fridge - approx 6 hr
  12. Cut into squares
  13. Dust with cocoa powder
  14. Serve
