Fresh, cold gazpacho is an ideal way to freshen up during the hot summer months. Originating from the Andalusia region of southern Spain, gazpacho is traditionally made from a mixture of tomatoes puréed with other ingredients such as cucumber, bell peppers, onions, garlic, and olive oil. Like many homegrown recipes, there's many different ways to make gazpacho. For example, some regions add bread to the ingredients, but others don't. In our version, we have used 1 slice of bread, which is optional.
