  1. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  3. Add caster sugar and butter to the kCook bowl

  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  6. Mix with filler cap removed - 30 sec, speed 10
  7. Then add all purpose flour and cornflour to the kCook bowl
  8. Mix with filler cap removed - 30 sec, speed 10
  9. Then add water to the kCook bowl
  10. Mix with filler cap removed - 30 sec, speed 10
  11. Transfer half of the dough to work surface
  12. Wrap with plastic wrap
  13. Chill in fridge - 1 hr
  14. Add cocoa powder to the kCook bowl
  15. Mix with filler cap removed - 30 sec, speed 10
  16. Transfer dough to work surface
  17. Wrap with plastic wrap
  18. Chill in fridge - 1 hr
  19. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  20. Roll each dough out to about 30 cm x 20 cm in length
  21. Brush with milk
  22. Brush the plain dough with the milk
  23. Place the chocolate dough on top and press lightly
  24. Even the edges of the dough
  25. Roll the dough into a tight spiral
  26. Wrap with plastic wrap
  27. Chill in fridge - 30 min
  28. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  29. Add granulated sugar to a clean baking tray
  30. Roll the dough in the sugar
  31. Slice evenly
  32. Transfer biscuits to baking sheet
  33. Bake - 12 min, 180°C
  34. Let cool
  35. Serve
