Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 190°C
  2. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  3. Add vergeoise sugar, golden granulated sugar and butter to the kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  6. Mix with filler cap fitted - 30 min, speed 5
  7. Then add egg to the kCook bowl
  8. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  9. Mix with filler cap fitted - 20 sec, speed 7
  10. Then add all purpose flour, cornstarch, baking soda and baking powder to the kCook bowl
  11. Mix with filler cap fitted - 15 sec, speed 6
  12. Then add chocolate chips and mixed nuts to the kCook bowl
  13. Mix with filler cap fitted - 10 sec, speed 7
  14. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  15. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  16. Shape into balls
  17. Transfer balls to baking sheet
  18. Bake - 10 min, 190°C
  19. The cookies should be golden on the edges
  20. Let cool onto cooling rack
  21. Serve
