  1. Pre-heat oven - 170°C
  2. Grease and line a clean round pan
  3. Attach the Stir Tool
  4. Add oil to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  5. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  6. Cook with splashguard fitted - 1 min, 120°C, Stir 1
  7. Then add smoked lardons to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  8. Cook with splashguard fitted - 5 min, 120°C, Stir 1
  9. Then add onion and fresh thyme to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  10. Cook with splashguard fitted - 5 min, 120°C, Stir 1
  11. Then add tomato to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  12. Mix with splashguard fitted and let cool - 30 sec, Stir 1
  13. Add egg, whipping cream, salt & pepper, cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese to a clean jug
  14. Mix until combined
  15. Pour content of jug into Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  16. Mix with splashguard fitted - 30 sec, Stir 1
  17. Pour content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl into round pan
  18. Bake until set - 20 min, 170°C
  19. Serve
