Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  2. Grease and line a clean square pan with parchment paper
  3. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  4. Add jumbo oats to the baking sheet evenly
  5. Bake until golden brown then set aside - 8 min, 200°C
  6. Attach the Stir Tool
  7. Add butter, honey and light brown sugar to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  8. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  9. Cook with splashguard fitted and let cool - 3 min, 85°C, Speed Min
  10. Transfer oats to Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  11. Add cranberries, pistachios and white chocolate chips to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  12. Mix with splashguard fitted - 20 sec, Speed Max
  13. Transfer content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl to square pan
  14. Spread until level and press down
  15. Sprinkle with white chocolate chips
  16. Chill until set - 2 hr
  17. Serve
