For 6 naans filled with cream cheese. Tip: you can use other cheeses such as mimolette cheese or grated Comté, or add half a slice of ham per naan to enrich their flavour. Step preview

  1. Attach the Dough Tool
  2. Add milk and active dried yeast to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  3. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  4. Heat with splashguard fitted - 2 min, 35°C, Speed Min
  5. Then add all purpose flour, butter, salt and natural yogurt to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  6. Knead with splashguard fitted until elastic - 10 min, Speed 1
  7. Remove the bowl from the machine
  8. Cover with kitchen towel
  9. Prove - 2 hr
  10. Pre-heat oven - 250°C
  11. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  12. Divide into 6 equal pieces
  13. Roll into balls
  14. Roll until 3mm thick
  15. Spread with cream cheese
  16. Fold
  17. Seal the edges
  18. Press gently
  19. Roll until 1/8" (5mm) thick
  20. Transfer shaped dough to baking tray
  21. Bake until light golden - approx 5 min, 250°C
  22. Serve warm
