Step preview

  1. Attach the Dough Tool
  2. Add water, active dried yeast, all purpose flour, butter, milk, salt and sugar to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  3. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  4. Heat with splashguard fitted - 2 min, 35°C, Speed Min
  5. Knead with splashguard fitted - 10 min, Speed 1
  6. Cover with kitchen towel
  7. Heat with splashguard fitted - 1 hr 30 min, 30°C, Speed OFF
  8. Grease a clean baking tray then set aside
  9. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  10. Knead slightly
  11. Roll into a log
  12. Transfer dough to baking tray
  13. Cover with kitchen towel
  14. Prove - 1 hr
  15. Pre-heat oven - 220°C
  16. Spray with water
  17. Bake - 40 min, 180°C
  18. Let cool onto cooling rack
  19. Serve
