Step preview

  1. Attach the Dough Tool
  2. Add water and active dried yeast to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  3. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  4. Heat with splashguard fitted - 2 min, 35°C, Speed Min
  5. Then add wholemeal bread flour and salt to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  6. Knead with splashguard fitted until elastic - 10 min, Speed 1
  7. Remove the Dough Tool
  8. Prove with splashguard fitted - 1 hr, 30°C, Speed OFF
  9. Grease a clean baking tray then set aside
  10. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  11. Divide into 2 equal pieces
  12. Shape into balls
  13. Transfer shaped dough to baking tray
  14. Cover with kitchen towel
  15. Prove - 1 hr
  16. Pre-heat oven - 250°C
  17. Spray with water
  18. Bake - 40 min, 220°C
  19. Let cool onto cooling rack
  20. Serve
