  1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add water to the kCook bowl
  3. Add sweet potato to the steamer tray
  4. Steam - 25 min, 100°C
  5. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  6. Remove steamer tray and set aside
  7. Empty content of kCook bowl into sink
  8. Clean kCook bowl
  9. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  10. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  11. Transfer sweet potatoes to kCook bowl
  12. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  13. Mix with filler cap fitted - 40 sec, speed 8
  14. Then add butter, cornstarch, dark rum, sugar and vanilla bean to the kCook bowl
  15. Mix with filler cap removed - 40 sec, speed 6
  16. Add egg to the kCook bowl while blending
  17. Mix with filler cap removed - 40 sec, speed 6
  18. Grease a clean loaf pan
  19. Transfer content of kCook bowl to loaf pan
  20. Cook - 1 hr, 180°C
  21. Chill in fridge - 4 hr
  22. Serve
