Step preview

  1. Grease 4 clean Dariole molds lightly
  2. Attach the Creaming Beater
  3. Add whipping cream, milk, sugar and vanilla bean to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  4. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  5. Heat with splashguard fitted until boiling - 2 min, 104°C, Speed OFF
  6. Then add gelatine to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  7. Mix with splashguard fitted until dissolved and let cool - 3 min, Stir 1
  8. Transfer content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl to 4 Dariole molds
  9. Chill in fridge until set - 4 hr
  10. Clean Cooking Chef bowl
  11. Attach the K-Beater
  12. Add unsalted butter, all purpose flour, salt and brown sugar to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  13. Mix with splashguard fitted until coarse crumbs form - 30 sec, Speed 1
  14. Transfer content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl to medium bowl then set aside
  15. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  16. Add oil and popcorn kernels to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  17. Select the Popcorn Preset
  18. Transfer popcorn to baking tray
  19. Transfer content of medium bowl to baking tray
  20. Add flaked almonds to the baking tray
  21. Mix together and then spread out evenly
  22. Bake until light golden - 8 min, 180°C
  23. Remove from oven
  24. Add salt to the baking tray and mix
  25. Set aside and let cool
  26. Retrieve the dariole molds from the fridge once set
  27. Turn out molds onto serving plate
  28. Sprinkle the panna cottas with popcorn crumble mixture
  29. Serve
