  1. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add water, milk, butter and salt to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 70°C, speed 4
  6. Then add all purpose flour to the kCook bowl
  7. Cook with filler cap removed - 4 min, 70°C, speed 5
  8. Mix with filler cap removed - 5 min, speed 8
  9. Add egg to the kCook bowl one by one while machine is running
  10. Mix with filler cap removed - approx 5 min, speed 6
  11. Then add cheese to the kCook bowl
  12. Mix with filler cap removed - 10 sec, speed 10
  13. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  14. Line a clean baking tray with parchment paper
  15. Transfer content of kCook bowl to piping bag
  16. Pipe dough onto baking tray
  17. Brush with egg
  18. Sprinkle with cheese
  19. Cook - 20 min, 180°C
  20. Serve
