Step preview

  1. Line a clean baking tray with parchment paper then set aside
  2. Attach the K-Beater
  3. Add butter, icing sugar, salt and vanilla extract to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  4. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  5. Mix with splashguard fitted - 2 min, Speed 4
  6. Then add ground almonds and egg to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  7. Mix with splashguard fitted - 2 min, Speed 4
  8. Then add all purpose flour to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  9. Mix with splashguard fitted - 2 min, Speed 4
  10. Transfer content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl to lightly floured surface
  11. Roll out until 3mm thick
  12. Cut out into rounds
  13. Transfer shaped dough to baking tray
  14. Chill in fridge - 15 min
  15. Pre-heat oven - 160°C
  16. Remove the tray from the fridge
  17. Bake until light golden - 15 min, 160°C
  18. Remove from oven
  19. Transfer onto cooling rack and let cool
  20. Clean Cooking Chef bowl
  21. Attach the Whisk
  22. Add water, caster sugar and vanilla extract to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  23. Mix with splashguard fitted - 5 min, 120°C, Stir 1
  24. Then add silver leaf gelatin sheet to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  25. Whisk with splashguard fitted - 8 min, Speed 6
  26. Prepare a clean piping bag
  27. Transfer content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl to piping bag
  28. Pipe the marshmallow into a dome shape on top of each biscuit
  29. Chill in fridge until set and continue
  30. Clean Cooking Chef bowl
  31. Attach the Creaming Beater
  32. Add milk chocolate to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  33. Mix with splashguard fitted until completely melted - 10 min, 40°C, Stir 2
  34. Then add grapeseed oil to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  35. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - 1 min, Speed 1
  36. Remove the bowl from the machine
  37. Dip the marshmallow into the melted chocolate holding onto the biscuit base carefully
  38. Set aside until set
  39. Serve
