Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 220°C
  2. Grease and line a clean baking tray with parchment paper
  3. Attach the Creaming Beater
  4. Add all purpose flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper and soy milk to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  5. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  6. Mix until combined - 1 min, Speed 2
  7. Then add cauliflower to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  8. Attach the Stir Tool and Stir Assist Clip
  9. Mix until coated - 1 min, Speed Min
  10. Transfer content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl to baking tray
  11. Bake until lightly browned and turn half way through - 20 min, 220°C
  12. Remove from oven then set aside
  13. Clean Cooking Chef bowl
  14. Attach the Creaming Beater
  15. Add hot sauce, maple syrup and coconut oil to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  16. Cook with splashguard fitted until well combined - 2 min, 80°C, Speed Min
  17. Transfer content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl to baking tray
  18. Bake until crispy and turn half way through - 15 min, 190°C
  19. Serve
