Step preview

  1. Add carrot, broccoli, french beans, snow pea and salt to a clean heatproof bowl
  2. Add water to the heatproof bowl
  3. Leave - 2 min
  4. Drain content of heatproof bowl into colander
  5. Transfer content of colander to bowl
  6. Keep warm then set aside
  7. Attach the Whisk
  8. Add butter to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  9. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  10. Cook with splashguard fitted until melted - 5 min, 100°C, Speed OFF
  11. Then add salt & pepper and whipping cream to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  12. Add all purpose flour to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  13. Whisk with splashguard fitted - 5 min, 100°C, Speed 3
  14. Add fish stock to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl while machine is running
  15. Mix with splashguard fitted - 5 min, 100°C, Stir 3
  16. Then add monkfish, cod fillet and coley to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  17. Remove the Whisk
  18. Cook with splashguard fitted - 5 min, 100°C, Speed OFF
  19. Transfer vegetables to Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  20. Cook with splashguard fitted - 3 min, 100°C, Speed OFF
  21. Serve immediately
  22. Garnish with espelette pepper
