Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  2. Attach the Creaming Beater
  3. Add water, milk, unsalted butter and salt to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  4. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  5. Cook with splashguard fitted until just boiling - 2 min, 104°C, Stir 1
  6. Then add bread flour to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  7. Cook with splashguard fitted until smooth - 2 min, 104°C, Speed 3
  8. Mix with splashguard fitted - 2 min, Speed 1
  9. Add egg to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl gradually while machine is running
  10. Mix with splashguard fitted until glossy - 2 min, Speed 3
  11. Then add cheese and fresh chives to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  12. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - 2 min, Speed 3
  13. Transfer content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl to piping bag
  14. Pipe content of piping bag onto 2 baking tray
  15. Brush with egg
  16. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese
  17. Bake until golden brown - 20 min, 200°C
  18. Remove and let cool
  19. Serve
