Step preview

  1. Attach K Beater
  2. Add coconut oil, margarine, smooth peanut butter, caster sugar and coconut cream to the Kenwood Bowl
  3. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - Speed 3
  4. Then add all purpose flour, baking powder, coarse sea salt, dark chocolate and peanuts to the Kenwood Bowl
  5. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - Speed 3
  6. Transfer content of Kenwood Bowl to lightly floured surface
  7. Roll into a log
  8. Wrap with plastic wrap
  9. Chill in fridge - 30 min
  10. Pre-heat oven - 170°C
  11. Line a clean baking tray with parchment paper then set aside
  12. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  13. Form into balls
  14. Place balls on baking tray
  15. Bake - 9 min, 170°C
  16. Remove from oven
  17. Transfer onto cooling rack and let cool
  18. Clean Kenwood Bowl
  19. Attach Creaming beater
  20. Add dark chocolate, coconut cream, coconut oil, runny honey and smooth peanut butter to the Kenwood Bowl
  21. Mix with splashguard fitted until smooth - Speed 3
  22. Drizzle the chocolate mixture over the baked cookies
  23. Serve
