  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Attach the Creaming Beater
  3. Add caster sugar, water and golden syrup to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl

  5. Cook with splashguard fitted until sugar has dissolved - 5 min, 180°C, Speed Min
  6. Then add butter to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  7. Cook with splashguard fitted until light and fluffy - 3 min, Speed Min
  8. Then add whipping cream to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  9. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - 2 min, Speed Min
  10. Cook with splashguard fitted until thickened - 8 min, 140°C, Speed Min
  11. Then add walnuts and sea salt to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  12. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - 2 min, Speed Min
  13. Transfer content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl to 8 small tart pans
  14. Bake until set - 8 min, 180°C
  15. Remove and let cool
  16. Serve
