Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Line a clean muffin pan with paper muffin cups
  3. Add cocoa powder and water to a clean small bowl
  4. Mix until combined then set aside
  5. Attach the Creaming Beater
  6. Add banana and caster sugar to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  7. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  8. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - 1 min, Speed 2
  9. Then add soy milk, vegetable oil and vanilla extract to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  10. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - 30 sec, Speed 1
  11. Then sift all purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt into the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  12. Add vegan dark chocolate chips to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  13. Transfer chocolate mixture to Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  14. Mix with splashguard fitted until well combined - 30 sec, Speed 1
  15. Transfer mixture to muffin pan evenly
  16. Sprinkle with vegan dark chocolate chips
  17. Bake until skewer tests clean - 25 min, 180°C
  18. Transfer on round wire rack and let cool
  19. Serve
