Step preview

  1. Fit fine grating disc (2) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  4. Add sunflower oil, garlic clove and ginger to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  7. Heat with filler cap removed - 3 min, 100°C
  8. Then add onion to the kCook bowl
  9. Cook with filler cap removed - 3 min, 100°C, speed 3
  10. Line the steamer tray with parchment paper
  11. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  12. Grate cauliflower into the steamer tray with direct prep attachment
  13. Add ground turmeric to the steamer tray
  14. Add cauliflower, broccoli, carrot, potato, celery stalk, canned chickpeas, firm tofu, vegetable stock cube, curry powder, cilantro, fresh parsley and salt & pepper to the kCook bowl
  15. Add water to the kCook bowl
  16. Fit the steamer tray onto the lid
  17. Cook with filler cap removed - 15 min, 120°C, speed 3
  18. Remove the steamer tray and set aside
  19. Add coconut milk to the kCook bowl
  20. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 90°C, speed 3
  21. Serve
