  4. Cook with splashguard fitted - 2 min, 170°C
  5. Then add salted butter to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  6. Cook with splashguard fitted - 15 min, 180°C, Speed 3
  7. Add whipping cream to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl while machine is running
  8. Cook with splashguard fitted - 5 min, 120°C, Speed 3
  9. Transfer content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl to jar
  10. Let cool
  11. Serve
