Here is a recipe created by Abdelkarim, finalist of the "Best Pastry Chef" season 3, in the framework of the Kenwood challenge. This recipe is making sweets that look like boiled eggs. The same recipe can also be used to make "fried eggs" by spooning the mixture onto a lined tray. You will need empty egg shells that are washed and cleaned thoroughly before using.
