Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Line a clean muffin pan with paper muffin cups
  3. Attach K Beater
  4. Add all purpose flour, unsalted butter, egg, milk, walnuts, dried yeast, salt & pepper and Grana Padano cheese to the Kenwood bowl
  5. Mix with splashguard fitted - approx 1 min, Speed Min
  6. Mix with splashguard fitted then scrape bowl - approx 1 min, Speed 4
  7. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - approx 30 sec, Speed Max
  8. Spoon mixture into muffin pan evenly
  9. Bake - 30 min, 180°C
  10. Let cool slightly on round wire rack
  11. Serve
