Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 170°C
  2. Grease and line a clean square pan with parchment paper
  3. Attach the Creaming Beater
  4. Add dark chocolate and vegan butter to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  5. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  6. Heat with splashguard fitted until melted - 5 min, 60°C, Stir 1
  7. Then add banana and sugar to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  8. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - 2 min, Speed 2
  9. Then add baking powder, vanilla extract, all purpose flour and walnuts to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  10. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - 30 sec, Speed 1
  11. Transfer chocolate mixture to square pan
  12. Bake until skewer tests clean - 45 min, 170°C
  13. Turn out onto cooling rack until cool
  14. Serve
