Step preview

  1. Attach K Beater
  2. Add all purpose flour, baking powder, salt, caster sugar, white chocolate, macadamia nuts, butter and egg to the Kenwood bowl
  3. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - approx 1 min, Speed 1
  4. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  5. Roll the dough into a log approx. 5 cm across
  6. Wrap with plastic wrap
  7. Chill in fridge - 30 min
  8. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  9. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  10. Cut the dough into slices approx. 0.5 cm thick
  11. Transfer dough to baking sheet
  12. Bake until light golden - 10 min, 180°C
  13. Let cool
  14. Serve
