Step preview

  1. Add saffron and water to a clean small bowl

  8. Cook with splashguard fitted until translucent - 6 min, 120°C, Stir 1
  9. Then add white wine, smoked paprika, sweet paprika, dried thyme and canned tomatoes to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  10. Transfer the infused saffron threads and the liquid from the small bowl into the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  11. Cook with splashguard fitted until fragrant - 5 min, 110°C, Stir 1
  12. Then add paella rice to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  13. Cook with splashguard fitted until al dente - 5 min, 110°C, Stir 1
  14. Then add chicken stock to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  15. Cook with splashguard fitted until liquid has evaporated - 20 min, 100°C, Stir 1
  16. Then add mixed seafood to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  17. Cook with splashguard fitted until heated through - 4 min, 100°C, Speed Min
  18. Then add peas and red bell pepper to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  19. Transfer the chorizo from the small bowl to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  20. Cook with splashguard fitted until cooked through - 3 min, 100°C, Speed Min
  21. Then garnish with fresh parsley
  22. Serve with lemon
