Step preview

  1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add wheat gluten, breadcrumbs, gram flour, nutritional yeast, black pepper and dried oregano to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Mix with filler cap fitted - 15 sec, speed 7
  6. Then add liquid smoke, soy sauce and vegetable stock to the kCook bowl
  7. Mix with filler cap fitted - 3 min, speed 7
  8. Line a clean work surface with parchment paper
  9. Transfer content of kCook bowl to work surface
  10. Shape into a loaf
  11. Wrap tightly then set aside
  12. Clean kCook bowl
  13. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  14. Add water to the kCook bowl up to the 1 liter mark
  15. Place the wrapped loaf into the steamer tray
  16. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  17. Steam with filler cap removed - 1 hr, 104°C
  18. Remove and let cool
  19. Slice into pieces
  20. Serve
