  7. Heat with filler cap removed - 140°C, speed 3
  8. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  9. Slice onion into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  10. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  11. Add garlic clove to the kCook bowl
  12. Cook with filler cap removed - 3 min, 120°C, speed 3
  13. Then add smoked paprika, ground cumin and dried thyme to the kCook bowl
  14. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  15. Slice carrot, celery stalk, red bell pepper and yellow bell pepper into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  16. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  17. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 120°C, speed 4
  18. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  19. Slice zucchini into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  20. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  21. Add canned diced tomatoes, vegetable stock and green lentils to the kCook bowl
  22. Cook with filler cap removed - 20 min, 98°C, speed 3
  23. Then add fresh thyme to the kCook bowl
  24. Stir with filler cap removed - 1 min, speed 3
  25. Serve
