  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi

  7. Heat with filler cap removed - 30 sec, 140°C, speed 3
  8. Then add chicken thighs to the kCook bowl
  9. Cook with filler cap removed - 6 min, 120°C, speed 4
  10. Transfer chicken to medium bowl then set aside
  11. Clean kCook bowl
  12. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  13. Add olive oil to the kCook bowl
  14. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  15. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  16. Heat with filler cap removed - 30 sec, 140°C, speed 3
  17. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  18. Slice celery stalk and onion into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  19. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  20. Add garlic clove to the kCook bowl
  21. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 110°C, speed 4
  22. Then add white wine, chicken stock, lemon juice and lemon to the kCook bowl
  23. Cook with filler cap removed - 10 min, 98°C, speed 3
  24. Then add orzo and capers to the kCook bowl
  25. Transfer chicken to kCook bowl
  26. Cook with filler cap removed - 20 min, 98°C, speed 3
  27. Then add fresh parsley, dill, salt and black pepper to the kCook bowl
  28. Stir with filler cap removed - 2 min, speed 4
  29. Serve
