  1. Pre-heat oven - 170°C
  2. Grease a clean springform pan then set aside
  3. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  4. Add egg white to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  7. Whisk with filler cap removed - 3 min, speed 9
  8. Transfer egg whites to medium bowl then set aside
  9. Clean kCook bowl
  10. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  11. Add dark chocolate and butter to the kCook bowl
  12. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  13. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  14. Heat with filler cap removed until completely melted - 5 min, 50°C
  15. Then add caster sugar, all purpose flour, salt and baking powder to the kCook bowl
  16. Mix with filler cap removed until combined - 1 min, speed 5
  17. Add egg yolk to the kCook bowl one by one while machine is running
  18. Mix with filler cap removed until well combined - 1 min, speed 5
  19. Transfer half of egg whites to kCook bowl
  20. Whisk with filler cap removed until combined - 20 sec, speed 4
  21. Transfer the rest of the egg whites to kCook bowl
  22. Fold gently until combined
  23. Add pear to the springform pan
  24. Transfer chocolate mixture to springform pan
  25. Spread until level
  26. Bake - 30 min, 170°C
  27. Remove from oven and let cool
  28. Clean kCook bowl
  29. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  30. Add dark chocolate to the kCook bowl
  31. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  32. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  33. Heat with filler cap removed until completely melted and continue - 5 min, 50°C
  34. Add whipping cream to a clean saucepan
  35. Heat until warm - medium-high heat
  36. Transfer content of saucepan to jug
  37. Pour cream into kCook bowl gradually while machine is running
  38. Mix with filler cap removed until well combined - 2 min, speed 5
  39. Turn out cake onto serving plate
  40. Transfer chocolate mixture to cake
  41. Spread evenly until covered
  42. Decorate with slivered almonds
  43. Serve
