Step preview

  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  4. Add milk and all purpose flour to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  7. Mix with filler cap fitted - 10 sec, speed 12
  8. Then add feta cheese and fresh chives to the kCook bowl
  9. Mix with filler cap removed - 10 sec, speed 8
  10. Transfer dough to work surface
  11. Roll the dough into balls about 2 – 3 cm in diameter
  12. Clean kCook bowl
  13. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  14. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  15. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  16. Slice red onion, carrot and celery stalk into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  17. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  18. Add sundried tomato, garlic clove, paprika, allspice, tomato purée, granulated sugar, lemon, lima beans and canned chopped tomatoes to the kCook bowl
  19. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  20. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 98°C, speed 2
  21. Add dumplings to kCook bowl
  22. Cook with filler cap removed - 20 min, 98°C, speed 1
  23. Serve
