  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Add saffron and water to a clean small bowl
  4. Soak
  5. Add plain yogurt and all purpose flour to a clean large mixing bowl
  6. Mix until combined
  7. Strain content of small bowl into large mixing bowl
  8. Mix until combined
  9. Add salt and lamb breast to the large mixing bowl
  10. Mix until coated then set aside
  11. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  12. Add butter to the kCook bowl
  13. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  14. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  15. Cook with filler cap removed - 1 min, 80°C, speed 3
  16. Then add cinnamon stick and cloves to the kCook bowl
  17. Cook with filler cap removed - 1 min, 110°C, speed 3
  18. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  19. Slice onion into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  20. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  21. Add garlic clove and ginger purée to the kCook bowl
  22. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 110°C, speed 3
  23. Then add ground cumin to the kCook bowl
  24. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 110°C, speed 4
  25. Then add ground almonds, cardamom pods and water to the kCook bowl
  26. Transfer content of large mixing bowl to kCook bowl
  27. Cook with filler cap removed - 1 hr, 98°C, speed 3
  28. Then add mint leaves to the kCook bowl
  29. Stir with filler cap removed - 1 min, speed 4
  30. Serve
  31. Garnish with flaked almonds and mint leaves
