Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 160°C
  2. Grease and line a clean loaf pan (900g) with parchment paper
  3. Attach K Beater
  4. Add caster sugar, butter, all purpose flour, baking powder, egg, vanilla extract and milk to the Kenwood bowl
  5. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - approx 2 min, Speed Max
  6. Pour batter into loaf pan (900g)
  7. Bake until golden brown - 50 min, 160°C
  8. Turn out onto cooling rack and let cool
  9. Serve
