Step preview

  1. Fit thin slicing disc (4) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  6. Slice shallot into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  7. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  8. Add olive oil, veal and mushrooms to the kCook bowl
  9. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  10. Cook with filler cap fitted - 7 min, 120°C, speed 2
  11. Then add white wine, salt & pepper, crème fraîche and fresh thyme to the kCook bowl
  12. Cook with filler cap removed - 15 min, 100°C, speed 2
  13. Serve
