Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Grease and line a clean square pan with parchment paper
  3. Attach the Creaming Beater
  4. Add butter to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  5. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  6. Heat with splashguard fitted until melted - 2 min, 60°C, Stir 1
  7. Then sift all purpose flour, granulated sugar and cocoa powder into the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  8. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - 1 min, Speed Min
  9. Transfer mixture to square pan and press down
  10. Sprinkle with granulated sugar
  11. Bake until firm - 20 min, 180°C
  12. Turn out on round wire rack and let cool
  13. Cut into squares
  14. Serve
