The word 'Wonton' translates from Chinese to 'swallowing clouds' and there are many different varieties. This quick recipe fills ready-made wrappers-which can be found at Asian stores - with a delicious pork and prawn filling. The dumplings are best served in a deep meaty stock, so for best results make your own in advance and keep it warm whilst you make them.
