  1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add butter, icing sugar, ground almonds, egg, cocoa powder, all purpose flour and fleur de sel to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 9
  6. Line a clean work surface with parchment paper
  7. Transfer content of kCook bowl to work surface
  8. Cover with parchment paper
  9. Roll out into a rectangle
  10. Chill in fridge - 10 min
  11. Remove the dough from the fridge and remove the top piece of parchment paper
  12. Cut out into rounds
  13. Transfer pastry to 2 small tart pans
  14. Line until covered
  15. Chill in fridge - 10 min
  16. Pre-heat oven - 160°C
  17. Remove tart pans from the fridge
  18. Bake - 20 min, 160°C
  19. Remove from oven and let cool
  20. Clean kCook bowl
  21. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  22. Add caster sugar to the kCook bowl
  23. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  24. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  25. Cook with filler cap removed until caramelized - 10 min, 170°C
  26. Then add whipping cream to the kCook bowl
  27. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, 170°C, speed 6
  28. Then add butter to the kCook bowl
  29. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, 170°C, speed 6
  30. Mix with filler cap fitted - 5 min, 100°C, speed 4
  31. Pour content of kCook bowl into 2 small tart pans carefully
  32. Set aside and let cool
  33. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  34. Add egg, all purpose flour and caster sugar to a clean large mixing bowl
  35. Mix until combined then set aside
  36. Clean kCook bowl
  37. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  38. Add chocolate and butter to the kCook bowl
  39. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  40. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  41. Mix with filler cap removed - 10 min, 100°C, speed 2
  42. Transfer content of kCook bowl to large mixing bowl
  43. Mix until combined
  44. Pour content of large mixing bowl into 2 small tart pans
  45. Bake - 8 min, 180°C
  46. Remove from oven and let cool
  47. Serve
