Step preview

  1. Add red cabbage, apple juice, red wine vinegar, runny honey and red wine to a clean bowl
  2. Stir until well combined
  3. Chill in fridge - 1 hr

  10. Then add sugar to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  11. Cook with splashguard fitted until caramelized - 10 min, 120°C, Stir 1
  12. Transfer cabbage to Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  13. Cook with splashguard fitted until soft - 30 min, 120°C, Stir 3
  14. Add water and cornstarch to a clean small bowl
  15. Stir until combined
  16. Transfer cornflour mixture to Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  17. Add whole berry cranberry sauce, salt and black pepper to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  18. Cook with splashguard fitted until thickened - 5 min, 120°C, Stir 1
  19. Serve
