  1. Fit coarse grating disc (3) to direct prep attachment

  4. Season to taste
  5. Whisk

  7. Grate carrot into a clean large mixing bowl with direct prep attachment
  8. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  9. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  10. Slice white cabbage, red onion, radish and red bell pepper into the large mixing bowl with direct prep attachment
  11. Add lettuce to the large mixing bowl
  12. Transfer dressing to salad
  13. Toss gently until combined
  14. Serve
