I personally use my yogurt maker’s pots and I close their lids after they have cooled down. Tip: If you wish to use chocolate chips or raisins, add 100g after cooking with the fresh cream, and mix them for 2 minutes at speed 2. User generated recipes have not been re-tested by Kenwood.

Step preview

  1. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add milk, fine wheat semolina, vanilla extract and sugar to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Cook with filler cap removed - 25 min, 90°C, speed 1
  6. Then add whipping cream to the kCook bowl
  7. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 90°C, speed 1
  8. Transfer in yogurt pots
  9. Let cool
  10. Chill in fridge - 2 hr
  11. Serve
