Step preview

  1. Add milk, butter and sugar to a clean saucepan
  2. Heat until boiling while stirring frequently
  3. Add all purpose flour to the saucepan
  4. Stir until smooth
  5. Attach Creaming beater
  6. Transfer content of saucepan to Kenwood Bowl
  7. Mix with splashguard fitted until cool - 3 min, Speed 3
  8. Then add egg to the Kenwood Bowl one by one
  9. Mix with splashguard fitted - 3 min, Speed 3
  10. Leave until cool
  11. Add vegetable oil to a clean large saucepan
  12. Heat - 175°C
  13. Transfer content of Kenwood Bowl to piping bag
  14. Pipe content of piping bag onto large saucepan
  15. Fry in small batches until golden brown
  16. Line a clean serving plate with paper towels
  17. Transfer dough to serving plate
  18. Dust with ground cinnamon
  19. Serve
