Step preview

  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  6. Slice onion into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  7. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  8. Add fresh thyme to the kCook bowl
  9. Add garlic clove to the kCook bowl
  10. Add double cream, salt & pepper and unsalted butter to the kCook bowl
  11. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  12. Heat with filler cap fitted - 100°C, speed 3
  13. Cook with filler cap fitted - 8 min, 96°C, speed 1
  14. Blend with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 12
  15. Season to taste
  16. Serve
