Great as a peanut butter replacement for school or those with allergies. It is recommended to use a 250ml sterilised jar to store the sunflower seed butter. You can replace the coconut oil with another mild oil such as vegetable or sunflower oil. User generated recipes have not been re-tested by Kenwood.

  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Add sunflower seeds to a clean baking tray
  3. Bake - 10 min, 180°C
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Transfer seeds to kCook bowl
  6. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  7. Add salt to the kCook bowl
  8. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  9. Mix with filler cap fitted - 5 min, speed 11
  10. Then add coconut oil to the kCook bowl
  11. Blend with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 11
  12. Transfer content of kCook bowl to jar
  13. Serve
