  10. Cook with splashguard fitted - 4 min, 120°C, Stir 1
  11. Then add vegetable broth and bay leaves to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  12. Cook with splashguard fitted - 10 min, 98°C, Stir 2
  13. Carefully remove the bay leaf
  14. Transfer liquid to Glass thermoresist blender
  15. Add the vegetables to the blender until you reach the Max limit
  16. Add crème fraîche to the Glass thermoresist blender
  17. Assemble the Thermoresist Glass Blender attachment to the machine
  18. Attach the lid and ensure it is securely closed
  19. Blend until smooth
  20. Pour soup into serving bowl
  21. Add reserved vegetables and decorate with reserved leek
  22. Serve
