Ingredients

Step preview

  1. Line a clean baking tray with parchment paper
  2. Attach the Creaming Beater
  3. Add unsweetened shredded coconut, coconut oil, maple syrup and sea salt to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  4. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  5. Cook with splashguard fitted until melted - 2 min, 60°C, Speed Min
  6. Assemble the Food Processor attachment to the machine
  7. Fit the knife blade to the Food Processor bowl
  8. Transfer content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl to Food processor attachment
  9. Blitz then scrape bowl - 10 sec
  10. Blitz until smooth - 10 sec
  11. Transfer mixture to ice cube tray
  12. Press down firmly and fill
  13. Place in freezer until set - 30 min
  14. Clean Cooking Chef bowl
  15. Attach the Creaming Beater
  16. Add dark chocolate to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  17. Heat with splashguard fitted until melted - 2 min, 60°C, Speed Min
  18. Remove the coconut bites from the ice cube tray
  19. Dip balls into chocolate
  20. Use a fork to help cover and drain off excess chocolate
  21. Place balls on baking tray
  22. Set aside until set - 30 min
  23. Serve
