  1. Attach the Creaming Beater
  2. Add butter to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  3. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  4. Heat with splashguard fitted until melted - 1 min, 120°C, Stir 1
  5. Then add bacon and onion to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  6. Cook with splashguard fitted until golden brown - 5 min, 120°C, Stir 2
  7. Then add stale bread, flat-leaf parsley, milk, salt, black pepper and nutmeg to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  8. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - 2 min, Speed Min
  9. Then add egg to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  10. Mix with splashguard fitted until well combined - 1 min, Speed Min
  11. Transfer mixture to bowl
  12. Cover with plastic wrap then set aside - 1 hr
  13. Clean Cooking Chef bowl
  14. Attach the Stir Tool and Stir Assist Clip
  15. Add butter to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  16. Heat with splashguard fitted until melted - 1 min, 140°C, Speed OFF
  17. Then add mixed mushrooms and shallot to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  18. Cook with splashguard fitted until firm - 5 min, 160°C, Stir 1
  19. Then add whipping cream, chicken stock, salt, madeira and black pepper to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  20. Cook with splashguard fitted until thickened - 5 min, 105°C, Stir 1
  21. Add cornflour and water to a clean small bowl
  22. Stir until well combined
  23. Transfer cornflour mixture to Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  24. Add marjoram to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  25. Cook with splashguard fitted until thickened - 7 min, 115°C, Stir 1
  26. Add water and salt to a clean large saucepan
  27. Heat until boiling - medium-high heat
  28. Transfer breadcrumb mixture to lightly floured surface
  29. Roll into rounds
  30. Transfer dumplings to large saucepan
  31. Cook - 10 min, medium heat
  32. Remove with slotted spoon then set aside
  33. Add butter to a clean frying pan
  34. Heat until foamy - medium-low heat
  35. Transfer dumplings to frying pan
  36. Fry in frying pan until light golden
  37. Serve
